As part of my ongoing service to the TG community I would like to offer you a FREE image consultation. Before taking advantage of this service I would like you to answer the questionnaire below. I’ve found that I can best serve my clients by knowing as much as possible about you before we even get on the phone. In this way, I can prepare and focus specifically on what your needs are, making the most of our time together.

You will then be contacted to arrange a time that is suitable to both of us for a call that lasts 15 minutes or so. This call can be done through skype or if you are in Australia I will send you a telephone number to call me.

Please take as much time as you need to answer these questions with as much detail as possible. The more information you give me, the easier it will be for me to help you.
